The University has just approved a new set of requirements for Economics Majors!
Soon a full description of these changes will be posted on this website, but in the meanwhile:
* If you declared Economics as a major before Spring 2007, you can
continue to follow the major requirements which were in place when you
declared the major. An outline of those requirements can be found by

here. You can get help with course registration and graduation
clearances from the departmental advisors listed below.
* If you started the process of declaring Economics as a major during the
Spring 2007 semester, you will need to speak with an advisor determine which
set of requirements apply to you - see the contact info below.
* If you declared (or wish to declare) Economics as your major for Fall
07 or later, you must follow the new major requirements now in place. An
outline of those requirements may be found by clicking
here.
