To subscribe to this course discussion list (listserv) do the following:
 

1. Send an e-mail under your account to: listserv@listserv.umd.edu
 

2. Leave the subject heading blank.
 

3. In the body of your message type only the following

sub (space) GVPT439a (space) your full name
 

example: sub GVPT439a George W. Bush
