Speech Therapy & Aural Rehabilitation

For Deaf and Hard of Hearing Children and Adults

The University of Maryland Department of Hearing and Speech Sciences is expanding its Aural Rehabilitation Services to include the STAR Program for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Children and Adults. The Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology Departments are working collaboratively to provide the following services:

Speech-Language Pathology Services
Auditory Training
Speechreading
Communication Strategies Training
Assistive Listening Device Clinic
Group and Individual Therapy Sessions
