American Speech-Language-Hearing Association page for doctoral students

Graduate Research Interaction Day (GRID): Campus-wide, conference style event where research done by graduate students at the University is presented and discussed by faculty and students from many departments and schools.

Magnetoencephalography (MEG) : UMD has an MEG facility as part of Linguistics; it is intended for use by multiple researchers across campus.

  • Congratulations to Ting Zhang (Ph.D., Hearing Science) on her successful defense of her dissertation entitled, "The Benefits of Acoustic Input to Combined Electric and Contralateral Acoustic Hearing," on 7/29/08.
