Nail-Chiwetalu, B. & Ratner, NB. (2004). Assessing the information literacy abilities and needs of practicing speech-language pathologists. (A study funded by a grant from the Library Faculty Research Fund, University of Maryland Libraries, College Park, MD, 2004)

Testing of technology for the Virtual Augmentative Communication Device (June, 2004). (A project to deliver AAC technologies over the Internet. Funded by the National Institute of Deafness and Other Communication Disorders and awarded to Enkidu Research, Inc.)

Beta testing of the NeuroDome (September, 2003). (An information service for neuroscientists, neurologists, researchers, and students in the field of neuroscience and neurology.)

Beta testing of the ComDisDome (May, 2003). (An information service for speech-language pathologists, audiologists, and students in the field of communication sciences and disorders.)


International Collaborations :

Donker-Gimbrere, M., Lloyd, L.L., Nail, B.J., Quist, R.W., van Balkom, H., van Blom, K., & van t'Hoofd,W.  (1989 - 1991).  A collaborative project of the Institute for Rehabilitation Research, Limberg, Hoensbroek, THE NETHERLANDS; Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana; and Indiana State University, Terre Haute, Indiana.  This project consisted of five communication questionnaires which were distributed internationally.
