Coordination and supervision of practicum students in the Aural Rehabilitation Practicum Program. The Aural Rehabilitation program provides outreach services/programs to senior recreation and housing centers throughout the Baltimore-Washington Area in addition to the aural rehabilitation program on campus.  The campus program not only provides long term therapy, but also provides short term counseling services to clients of the Hearing Clinic.

Coordination and operation of the Assistive Devices Center, a collaborative effort between the University of Maryland and Montgomery County, Maryland.  The Assistive Devices Center provides an opportunity for individuals to obtain hands-on experience with various listening and alerting devices, as well as advice on devices which would be most appropriate for their listening and communication needs.

Service to the community has included providing informational speeches and programs to county boards, service organizations, campus groups and organizations, federal agencies and organizations, and national advocacy groups such as Self Help for the Hard of Hearing.
