Research/Clinical Activities

Member of a long-standing departmental research team using single-subject/multiple baseline design to investigate the effectiveness of training phonological awareness skills in language-impaired preschoolers to facilitate early literacy acquisition. Collaborated with the Prince George's County School system on a grant from the U.S. Department of Education to assess the effectiveness of commercially available phonological awareness intervention programs.
