Matthew Ogonowski is a second year doctoral student in the
University of Maryland's Department of Government and Politics.
His primary interests include international environmental
politics, US foreign policy, international political economy, and
East and Southeast Asian politics. Mr. Ogonowski is an
environmental and energy policy analyst with ICF Consulting. He
has an MS in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and a BS
in Physics and Political Science from Tufts University.
Mr. Ogonowski is the author of “U.S. Export
Policy and the International Distribution of Computer Encryption
Technology,” The Georgetown Compass, Summer & Fall 1997,
Volume VI, Number 2.
