Financial Support 2010-2011:

The Psychology Department provides support, stipend and tuition waiver, during the first five years of graduate study, independent of source of funding (dependent on satisfactory academic progress).

Current 12-month Graduate Student Stipend provided by the Department = $19,778. Other stipend support (e.g., training grant fellowship) may be higher.

Fringe benefits for Department TA/RA appointments include remission of 20 credits of tuition per year (equivalent to $9,420 Resident; $20,320 Non-Resident) and participation in the Employees' health insurance program. Total student fees (paid by student) = $1,187.26 per year.
