Research Interests
Research interests focus on the client-therapist relationship in psychotherapy and counseling, the process of psychotherapy, and psychoanalytic/psychodynamic therapy. Studies relational factors such as therapist transference, client countertransference, the therapeutic working alliance, and what may be termed the real relationship in psychotherapy.
