Research Interests and Professional Experience
My research interests span four related areas: multiculturalism, vocational psychology, social justice engagement, and applied psychological measurement. To date, a majority of my work has focused on the multiple ways in which race, ethnicity and culture impact behavior across a number of life domains for Asian, Asian American, and Pacific Islander populations. I am also interested in examining the underlying factors associated with social justice advocacy. I am currently on the Editorial Boards of the Journal of Counseling Psychology, Measurement and Evaluation in Counseling and Development, and the Asian American Journal of Psychology.
