Responsibilities include receiving and distributing merchandise, maintaining supply inventory, distributing invoices related to long distance calls, collecting related funds, ordering keys, updating and maintaining databases, assisting with office/lab relocations, setup of mailboxes, distribution of mail and paychecks. Assisting the Chair and the Director of Administrative Services with special projects and other administrative duties as requested.
