2. Personnel selection, test fairness, and racial/gender diversity;
3. Research methodology/statistics

I am the current director of the Maryland’s Industrial/ Organizational Psychology program. I am also a co-principal investigator of the Global Leader and Organizational Behavior Effectiveness (GLOBE) research project. This multi-year, multi-nation project seeks to determine the relationship between leadership traits and organizational and societal culture. Currently, I am on the editorial board of The Leadership Quarterly and the Journal of Applied Psychology.
