15: According to "Aronson's first law," people who do crazy things

B: may not be crazy, but are different from normal people

    Incorrect.
Aronson's first law (Aronson Pg. 9) is "People who do crazy things are not necessarily crazy."  Choice B does not fit very well with Aronson's first law.  The point Aronson is trying to convey here, is that there is a strong situational component to behavior; those who do crazy things are not necessarily crazy, because the situation they are in may have compelled them to act in "crazy" ways.
